I had a blast with Chi and Alla and Euki. It was the most fun gimik we've ever had, if you ask me. No one was saying anything about it but the four of us...well, I think we just needed to be each other. Lord knows how much we've missed each other since we last hung out.
I'll be posting pictures of what happened to us later on. Check out the next entries to see what we've been doing.
* * *
What a way to start our gimik. The four of us met in front of National Bookstore (as we always do whenever we decide to go to Glorietta) and it was actually funny because when we saw each other, it was as if we haven't seen each other since high school. Hehehe. Euki and Alla were wearing tops of the same color (guys, did you talk about it?). Chi, due to being uber late (hehehe, isn't that the truth, bez?), slipped on her slippers. What do you know, Alla and I were wearing tops of the same style (kind of). Like I said, "Mag-NayNay nga tayo -- Naynay ako, Panganay ka." Oh...and the couldn't possibly forget the reaction Chi had when she saw Alla: "Oh my god, Al! Ang girly-girl mo!" Hahahahaha!!!
Anyway, we went straight off to lunch. Hey...I was really hungry -- can I help it if I already wanted to eat? After a few minutes of strolling around the second floor of Glorietta, trying to figure out where are we going to eat, we decided to go to Food Choices. Paano ba naman...hindi kami magkasundo kung saan kami kaain. So we went up to the third floor, got a table for us and...went to buy the food we wanted. I bought Japanese, Euki and Alla bought Filipino, Chi bought Chinese. Hahaha! At this time, Euki gave us her presents: great tops! She bought me this tube top that went up to my butt. Hehe...when I saw the top, there was something that worried me: it might not hold up because of my lack of...well, you know what I mean. Anyway, we just ate our meals while someone *points to Chi* was busy tinkering with her cellphone. In a little while, all of us were busy with our mobiles. Then there was this girl who came to us and gave us this flyer with a promo of Coca-Cola. Hey! There was a chance to win PlayStation Portable...what have I got to lose? So we went to the booth and I fell in line while the other three were waiting for me, as if cheering for me to win the PSP. When I got to the person in charge of the booth, he told me, Iced Tea was not accepted, which was a little bit confusing considering the fact that it said in the flyer that they'd accept Iced Tea. So I had a little argument with the guy and I think I intimidated him. Sorry for being bitchy about it but you can't expect to be understanding if the flyer says one thing and then the guy in the booth says another thing. I think I scared him...a lot. You know how I could be with the eyes and the tone of my voice. Sorry dude, it was your fault.
Having no plans of what we were about to do, we decided to simply stroll around and our feet led us to Digital Exchange. There, we began our picture galore! We were having fun with the picture taking and all, we even saw ourselves on television. Hehehehe. We passed by Glorietta 2 via Gold's Gym. Ooooh...Mr. Buff Guy was there. Don't really like buff guys, I just found it hilarious to see a guy with those kind of muscles...too big for my taste. There were also girls with sexy bods. So if you want to have bodies like those, go to Gold's Gym! Hahahaha!
We passed by various stores that was beside Timezone and Alla and Euki were able to buy shoes. Then we went inside Timezone and we just wanted to play. Unfortunately, we had to restrain ourselves, given that we were wearing very girly outfits and we wanted to play Time Crisis 4. Hahahaha! Now how can we possibly do that?
All right! On with the show. We actually had a mission there. Hmm...actually, only one of us had a mission. That was to buy a skirt for herself. Can you guess who? It was Alla. Hehehe...
We went in a couple of stores...too many stores if you ask me because my feet were really starting to hurt. Hahaha! We first searched Cinderella where I found this pretty brown lacy skirt. It was really cute but Alla said it was more for me than for her. Also, we ended up looking at bathing suits where we got the idea of going to Puerto Galera over the summer. Weeeeee!
We went in Kamiseta where Alla found only plain and simple skirts. We went in Ba-Yo where Alla was looking for a skirt and ended up with Euki buying a top. Then we went to this store, I think it was called YS Store and, Alla almost found a skirt but she said it was...er, too puffy. We also went to Penshoppe but that was no use. Finally...we went to HerBench. TaDa!!! She found it! She found it! Alla found a skirt...well, two skirts, she wanted! I distinctly remember saying to Alla, "Bench lang pala katapat mo!" Hehehehe...
Our feet were really killing us due to the fact that three out of four were wearing heels. It was time. It was time for Alla's presents...a Starbucks treat! Weeeeeee!!! Good thing there were four of us. Euki needed the last four for her Starbucks Planner and the Planner she got! You have absolutely no idea how tired we were. We spent about two hours there before we decided to go home.
That ends the Barkada Gimik. Oh joy!
It's going to be a little while until our next outing but for sure, it's going to be worth the wait.
Enjoy the pictures!
